Obituary Phyllis JoAnn (Jones) Folmar age 57, a longtime Wapanucka, Ok, was born on December 18, 1953, to Thomas Arvil and Wanda Jean (Hook) Jones at Oklahoma City, Ok. Phyllis passed away on July 25, 2011, at Wapanucka, Ok. Phyllis attended grade school and high school in Los Angeles. She was a homemaker. Phyllis enjoyed decorating her home and spending time with her friends. Phyllis is survived by her mother, Wanda Staggs and husband Johnny of Box Springs, Tx.; son, Stephen Folmar of South Carolina; daughter, Sharon Fox and husband Larry of South Carolina; 7 grandchildren; siblings, Tommy Keith Jones and wife Julie of Grand Prairie, Tx., Kevin Ziech of Los Angeles, Ca., Stacy Presley and husband Mark of Reno, Nv.; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
