BORN: She was born on October 19, 1941, to Andrew Judson and Mildred Muriel (Thomas) Favors, at Atoka, Oklahoma. PASSED AWAY: Phyllis passed away on February 7, 2011, at Sherman, Texas. AGE 69 YEARS 3 MONTHS AND 18 DAYS EDUCATION: She graduated from Tushka in 1960 then attended Southeastern State University. She was a member of the Tushka 1957 and 1958 State Championship Basketball team and a member of the 1959 and 1960 State Championship Volleyball team. OCCUPATION: She worked for 39 years at the Department of Human Service in Atoka and was a Social Service Supervisor IV. MARRIED: Phyllis married Stanley Charles Jensen on May 26, 1973 at the Tushka Baptist Church. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES, AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: She was a lifelong member of the Tushka Baptist Church. She enjoyed playing golf, crocheting and was an avid sports fan. Phyllis loved spending time with her grandchildren. SURVIVED BY HUSBAND: Stanley of the home in Tushka, OK. CHILDREN: Michael Andrew Favors and wife Tammy Lynn of Dallas, TX.
