BORN: She was born on Wednesday, August 06, 1947, to Earl and Mary Ann (Kemp) McGee, at Atoka, OK. PASSED AWAY: Queen passed away on Saturday, April 26, 2014 at Bowling Green, KY. AGE: 66 years, 8 months and 20 days. EDUCATION: She attended school at Lime Stone Gap and Stringtown Public Schools. Queen enjoyed playing basketball and while at Stringtown High she and her class mates had a 15-0 basketball season. OCCUPATION: Queen worked hard and supported her family by working as a secretary for 15 years and driving a bus for Transit Authority of River City, Louisville, KY until her retirement. MILITARY: Queen proudly served her country in The Air Force during the Vietnam War. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Queen Ester, as her name sake, was a very caring and giving, especially to those in her neighborhood, she was always lending helping hands to friends and family. Queen Ester loved spending time with her grandchildren; she always loved talking and bragging to others about them.
