Quincy passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018 at Alliance Health of Durant, OK.
Quincy is survived by his parents, Quindric DéAnthony Jacobs and Ruth Elaine Cole of Atoka, OK; grandmother,  Amy Hicks of Atoka, OK; grandfather, Sebastian Pritchett of Oklahoma City, OK; paternal grandparents, Merry and John Jacobs of Elk City, OK; great grandmother, Vicky Cole of Atoka, OK; along with numerous aunts, uncles, Sebastian Cole, Anthony Hicks, Michael Thompson, Seveon Pritchett, and other relatives.
Quincy is preceded in death by his great grandfather,  Jimmy Cole; great grandmother, Ruth Cole.
