Randie Eugene Roy, age 70, a Caney, OK resident, was born on Sunday, November 20, 1955, to James Rudolph Roy, at San Gabriel, CA. Randie passed away on Saturday, June 20, 2026 at Caney, OK at the age of 70 years and 7 months. He attended High School. Randie was a foreman iron worker. He was of the Baptist faith. He enjoyed spending time fishing and found great satisfaction in the simple pleasure of life. Randie took tremendous pride in keeping his lawn perfectly mowed and looking its best, and there wasn't much he couldn't fix with his skilled hands. Throughout his career in ironwork, he helped build many towering skyscrapers and often shared stories of the buildings he worked on with pride. Randie was rarely seen without his favorite cinnamon candy, which he carried wherever he went. Above all else, his greatest joy was his family. He treasured every moment spent with his children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren, who were the center of his world, the source of his greatest pride.
He is survived by his daughter, Pam Ridgway of Durant, OK; son, Adam Roy of Azle, TX; step-daughter, Jennifer Lawson of Caney, OK; granddaughter, Kelli Pye and husband Tavaris of Durant, OK; grandson, TJ Morrison and wife McKenzie of Clarksville, TN; granddaughter, Abby Massie and husband Bryce of Jacksonville, NC; great-grandchildren, Judah and Maddox Pye, Brynlee Morrison; sister-in-law, Charlotte Boley of Caney, OK; brothers-in-law, Lonnie Jennings and Rachel of Clarita, OK, Rick Jennings of Caney, OK; special friend, Delilah Taylor of Caney, OK; along with many dearly loved nieces, nephews, other family, and friends.
