OBITUARY Raymond Ray Taylor, age 71, an Atoka, OK resident was born on Monday, November 17, 1941, to Louie and Mildred (McBryde) Taylor, in Wilson, OK. Raymond passed away on Saturday, April 6, 2013 in Denison, TX. He attended Wilson Schools and attended Wapnucka High School. He then went to school in Norman, OK. were he lived with his sister, Thelma where he was tested and found to be dyslexia, but had a very high IQ. Raymond was an auto and farm equipment mechanic and a carpenter. He married Fran (Jones) Taylor on October 10, 1960 in Anadarko, OK. Raymond enjoyed hunting, fishing, dancing, fixing and restoring antique cars. Raymond is survived by his daughters, Sheila Hayden and husband Darin of Lindsay, OK., Gwin Peteet of Atoka, OK., Malisa Sweeney of Atoka, OK., Tammy Hatter and husband Eric of Sherman, TX., Cristy Smith of Lindsay, OK.; siblings, Lonnie Taylor and wife Clara of Ada, OK., Cassie Reed and husband Troy of Durant, OK., Donna Sue Couch and husband Ellis of Tulsa, OK., Ginger Inman and husband Howard of Dallas, TX., Judy Lee and husband Phillip of Houston, TX., Vicki Jones and husband Jon of Tulsa, OK. Raymond is also survived by his 11 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren; his close friend, Mr. Floyce White of Atoka, OK. and numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and many friends.
