PASSED AWAY: Rayson passed away on Saturday, June 28, 2014 at Atoka County Memorial Hospital in Atoka, OK. AGE: 86 years, 5 months and 25 days. EDUCATION: He attended school at Jones Academy and received a Bachelor's Degree in teaching from SOSU in Durant, OK. OCCUPATION: Rayson retired from the Air Force after serving his country for 20 years and he was also a retired teacher form Atoka and Antlers Schools. MILITARY: Rayson proudly served his country in The Air Force during WWII and the Korean War. MARRIED: He married Juanita (Smith) on February 14, 2008 at the First United Methodist Church in Atoka, OK. CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Rayson attended the First United Methodist Church in Atoka. He loved tinkering on antique cars, photography, an avid reader. Rayson was a musician who enjoyed playing the guitar and keyboard at gospel gatherings. SURVIVED BY WIFE: Juanita Nicholas of the home in Atoka, OK.
