Retha Peck-McCord, a Del City resident, was born on December 22, 1939, to Oscar Lee and Mae Nokel (Bicknell) Campbell, at Stringtown, Oklahoma. Retha passed away on November 8, 2023 at her home in Del City, surrounded by her loved ones, at the age 83 years, 10 months and 17 days. She attended Stringtown School and Kiamichi Vo-Tech. She obtained her GED at the age of 49. Retha worked at the Plastics Factory in Dallas and later worked for Home Health and Private Care for several years before retiring. She married Roy Floyd Peck in 1953. They were married 51 years before he passed in June, 2004. Retha later married Paul McCord Sr. in 2005. She was of the Baptist Faith. Retha enjoyed sewing and traveling.
