OBITUARY

Richard Don Green, 78, Atoka, Oklahoma, entered into rest Sunday February 18th in his home. He was born on Monday, December 17, 1945, to William and Beatrice Modean (Shelton) Green, at Roswell, NM.
He served in the Vietnam War and earned his Purple Heart while over seas. He was an Active Duty American Soldier who laid down his life so that all the sacrifices he made would not be done in vain. He was 100% disabled retired Army Veteran. He lived a full life for his family, especially for those grand babies. He was mostly a lover and when he had to fight he would let you know exactly what was on his mind. He wanted to be remembered in a positive way so that is why we celebrate today in his memory that lives on through us forever.
Survivors include his daughter, Christy Louise Green; Grandchildren, Faith Christine Wheelis, Roslynn Mae Gregory, Kyser Don Phelps.
Siblings, Norma Hogan and husband Dale, Wanda Logue and husband Greg, Pete Stark, Debbie Powell and husband Robert, Tommy Stark, Freddy Stark, 1/2 sister, Rita McGarrah
Preceded in death by his mom, Modean Shelton Stark; father, William Green; brother, David Stark; sister, Ruby Louise.
