Richard Paul Jarrett, a Phillips resident, was born on May 23, 1958, to Sherman Lquee Jarrett and Jacequetta Ann (Lamb) Acosta, at Winchester, IN. He passed away on January 23, 2023 at Phillips, OK at the age of 64 years and 8 months. Richard graduated from Putnam City High School in Oklahoma City, OK. He was a cook at the Brandin' Iron. Richard served in the U.S. Marines. He was of the Baptist Faith. Richard liked to fish as a young man. He loved family gatherings.

Daughter: Christina Williams of Oklahoma City, OK

Grandchildren: Stormee-Ice Delung and Maelee Williams

Great Grandchildren: Edward-James "EJ" Pelts and Kaylynne-Ann "Kay-Kay" Pelts

Brother: Wallace "Corky" Acosta of Tupelo, OK
