Robert "Bob" Henry Walkup, age 90, a Coalgate resident. He was born on October 8, 1929, to Henry and Essie Lee (Christian) Walkup, at Coal County, OK. Bob passed away on October 24, 2019 at Coalgate, OK. Bob attended Salt Prairie School. Bob was a Equipment Operator at McAlester Army Ammunition Plant & a rancher. Bob proudly served in the U.S. Army.  Bob married Myrtle Ione Ogle on July 8, 1958 in McAlester, Ok, she preceded him in death on Dec. 7, 2003.  Bob was a Member of the Coalgate Church of Christ. He loved looking at his cattle, sitting drinking coffee, watching wildlife, watching the Dallas Cowboys, keeping in touch with current events, watching westerns
