OBITUARY Ronnie James Thompson, age 67, a lifetime resident of Wardville, OK, was born on Saturday, June 08, 1946, to James and Vonciel (Couch) Thompson, at Atoka, OK. Ronnie passed away on Saturday, November 9, 2013 at Oklahoma City, OK. He went to Limestone Gap and graduated from Kiowa High School 1964. Ronnie work 39 years for the State of Oklahoma and 36 years for the Department of Correction at Mack Alford in Stringtown and retired as a Deputy Warden. Ronnie was a Baptist and was affiliated with Wardville Baptist Church. He loved playing golf. farming, hunting, fishing and ranching. Ronnie was survived by his love, Sweet Teasley of Atoka, OK.; children, Randy Thompson and wife Ronda of Hartshorne, OK., Vicky Hokit and husband Kenny of Porum, OK., Kim Rose and husband Greg of Wilburton, OK., Kirk Thompson and wife Kim of Atoka, OK.; grandchildren, Cheylanda Wilson, Randy Thompson, Brandon Clayborn, Courtney Clayborn, Samantha Thompson, Gregory Rose, Jessica Rose.: 9 great grandchildren; brother, Bobby Thompson and wife Wanda of Austin, TX.; nephews, Kevin Thompson of Austin, TX., Brent Thompson of Tulsa, OK.; aunts, Maggie Keidasch of Wardville, OK., Ruth Newberry of Coalgate, OK., Kathryn Couch of Wardville, OK., Jessica Couch of Wardville, OK.; along with numerous cousins, other family and many dear & loved friends.
