Ruth Imogene (Couch) Forneris, age 90, a Coalgate resident, passed away on March 26, 2020 at her home surrounded by her loving family. She was born on June 10, 1929, to Herbert and Effie Patricia (Hensley) Couch, at Hazard, KY. Imogene worked in a parachute factory during the war, she was a nursing home administrator and a beautician. Her greatest job was a homemaker, a foster mom and so much more. Imogene married Frank Lee Forneris on August 22, 1966 at Winter Haven , California. She enjoyed sewing, painting & cooking. Her greatest enjoyment was raising her kids & spending time with her grandchildren & great grandchildren.
