BORN: She was born on Sunday, February 3, 1952, to Luther Chester and Catherine Florene (Weaver) Ratliff, at Antlers, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Shirley passed away on Monday, January 23, 2017 at Tahlequah, OK.

AGE: 64 years, 11 months and 20 days.

EDUCATION: She attended Moyers High School.

OCCUPATION: Shirley was a homemaker and a housewife.

MARRIED: She married Junior Owens in September of 1968.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Shirley was of the Pentecostal faith. She enjoyed flowers, gardening, playing piano, singing, reading her bible, and spending time with her grandchildren.
