NAME: Shirley Ann (Walker) Willis, age 74, a life-long Caney, OK resident.

BORN: She was born on Tuesday, April 21, 1942, to Clarence and Mary Louise (White) Walker, at Caney, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Shirley passed away on Sunday, December 25, 2016 at Caney, OK.

AGE: 74 years, 8 months and 4 days.

EDUCATION: She graduated from Caney High School in 1959. Shirley was an All-state basketball player and held the highest score record at Caney High School for many years.

OCCUPATION: Shirley worked as a teller at Atoka State Bank and then later worked for Caney Public Schools as a secretary for the Superintendent's office and after that she worked at Coleman Public Schools as a secretary for the Superintendent's office as well as a Finance Officer. She retired from Coleman Schools in 2002.

MARRIED: She married Perry Willis on Saturday, February 2nd, 1963 at Caney, OK.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Shirley was a longtime member and church secretary at First Baptist church in Caney. She was very active in her church. Shirley taught Sunday school and vacation bible school.

BROTHERS: Lonnie Walker and wife Janice of Durant, OK

Jack Walker and wife Thea of Caney, OK

Thomas Walker and wife Sharon of Caney, OK
