Obituary Suznne Jackson age 62, a former Atoka area resident, was born on March 26, 1949, to Richard Owen and Francis J. (Jones) Cornwall, at Dallas, Tx. Suznne passed away on July 17, 2011, at Tulsa, Ok. She graduated Coronado High School in Lubbock, Tx. Suznne then attended Murray State College where she received her Nursing Degree. Suznne was a registered nurse. She worked for the St. Joseph's Hospital in Albuquerque, N.M. for four years, then in the NICU at the Tulsa Regional Hospital, she retired from the Hillcrest Hospital in Tulsa. She married Gerald Jackson on March 29, 1974, at Lubbock, Tx. Suznne was of the Catholic faith. She was awarded the Thelma M. Bidder Award for Outstanding Nursing Student. Suznne enjoyed being with her family especially her grandkids. Suznne is survived by her husband, Gerald Jackson of the home in Prue, Ok.; daughters, Heather Jordan of Fairfax, Ok., Alison Harrison and husband Tyler of Durant, Ok.; mother, Francis Cornwall of Sand Springs, Ok.; brother, Richard Cornwall and wife Helen of DuPont, Pa.; sisters-in-law, Jerene Chapman of Atoka, Ok., Linda Jackson of Atoka, Ok.; grandchildren, Spencer and Emma Jordan of Fairfax, Ok., Jaxon and Sophie Harrison of Durant, Ok.; along with numerous aunts, uncles, cousins, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
