Sylvia Sue (Silvers) Bolic, age 88, a lifelong Atoka, Tushka, Harmony, Lehigh, OK resident. was born on Saturday, February 11, 1933, to Earl and Alice Myrtle (Logan) Silvers, at Atoka, OK. Sue (Mamaw) passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, January 4, 2022 at Atoka, OK. She attended Plainview Elementary in Atoka County and then attended Atoka High School. Sue (Mamaw)worked at Diaper Jeans, was a Home Provider , owned and operated a Laundromat. She retired from the Savannah Army Ammunition Base, where she worked in the Civil Service. She married Fred Lee Bolic on April 25, 1950 in Atoka, later married JR Goodwin in 1965 in Atoka and then Aaron Marshall Viney in 1973 in Atoka. They all preceded her in death. Sue (Mamaw) was a member of Blackjack Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing, cooking and especially her grandbabies. Sue (Mamaw) also enjoyed quilting, gardening, taking care of her flowers and taking care of all the kids.
Sue (Mamaw) is survived by her children, Geneva Payne, Eddie Bolic and wife Sheila, Billy Bolic and wife Nyla, Jay Goodwin and wife Lacy, Gay Sue Bayles and husband Bill, Jody Viney and wife Rhonda all of Atoka, OK; brother, Paul Silvers of Lane, OK; 29 grandchildren, 39 great grandchildren,12 great great grandchildren. Along with numerous cousins, nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of very dear and loved friends, including Thana, Lana, and Tyler La.
Sue (Mamaw) is preceded in death by her parents, Earl and Alice Myrtle (Logan) Silvers; husbands, Fred Bolic, JR Goodwin, Aaron Viney; children, Donna Lynn Wilson, Freddie Bolic, Danny Bolic; siblings, Donald Silvers, Eugene Silvers, Vivian Mullins, Wanda Smith, Peggy Walden, Carol Sluder, Dale Silvers; grandchildren, Paul Ray Wilson & Edward Wilson; great grandson, Daniel Hamilton.
