BORN: She was born on Wednesday, January 3, 1968, to Dennis and Janey (Cunningham) Garner, at Sherman, TX.

PASSED AWAY: Tammy passed away on Saturday, February 18, 2017 at Atoka, OK.

AGE: 49 years, 1 month and 15 days.

EDUCATION: She graduated from Tushka High School and then went on to receive a Bachelor's Degree in Education from SOSU and a BSN from ECU.

OCCUPATION: For 15 years Tammy poured her heart into her students as a dedicated teacher. For the last 8 years she worked passionately and tirelessly as a nurse.

MARRIED: She married Jeff Earl Banker on November 21, 1986 at Ward's Chapel Baptist Church. They had 30 wonderful years together.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Tammy was a member of Victory Life Church for over 20 years. She enjoyed singing, working in her yard, and loved being a Grammy.

MOTHER: Janey Cunningham of Tushka, OK
