February 3, 1959 – August 16, 2023
Terrall Lynn Tolbert, age 64, a Lewisville, TX resident, grew up in Richardson-Dallas area from the age of 5. He was born on Tuesday, February 3, 1959, to EJ and Pauline (Rowe) Tolbert, at Sulphur, OK. Terrall passed away on Wednesday, August 16, 2023 at Plano, TX. He graduated from JJ Pearce High School in Richardson, TX in 1977 and went on to attend Junior College in Richardson before graduating from DeVry Institute with a degree in Electronics. Terrall was always working on electronics, machines, or computers throughout his career. At the time of his passing he had worked as a technician in the DFAB unit for Texas Instruments for 20 years. He married Julie (Moore) on Friday, February 24th, 1995 at the Little Church of the West in Las Vegas, NV. They celebrated 28 years of marriage before his passing. Terrall was a car enthusiast, avid sports fan, (loved the Dallas Cowboys and Texas Rangers) and all forms of racing.
Terrall is survived by his wife, Julie Tolbert of the home in Lewisville, TX; daughters, Erin Tolbert of Plano, TX, Megan Tolbert of Lewisville, TX; parents, EJ and Pauline (Rowe) Tolbert of Tishomingo, OK; siblings, Debbie Wietecha and husband Mike of Wylie, Tx, Donald Tolbert and wife Pam of Tishomingo, OK, Kim Larson and husband Mark of Stroud, OK; aunts, Jane Haslam of Providence, RI, Esteline Francis of Moore, OK; along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear friends.
Terrall was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Elvie and Cleo Tolbert; maternal grandparents, George and Pearl Rowe.
