Thelma Jewell (Griffin) Butler, age 78, a Coalgate resident, passed away on March 1, 2020 at Coalgate, OK. She was born on November 29, 1941, to John and Myrtle Sylvia (Masters) Griffin, at Wichita Falls, TX. She attended Idabel schools. Thelma worked for many years in housekeeping at the Ruth Wilson Hurley Manor, retiring from the manor. Thelma enjoyed cooking, puzzles, dancing, cleaning, fishing & playing the slots at the Stringtown Casino. Thelma's greatest joy was spending time with her family.
