Thelma Lois (Ables) Pugh, a Coalgate resident was born on December 15, 1936, to James "Jim" Columbus and Cleo Agnes (Cantrell) Ables, at Shady Grove, OK. She passed away on October 12, 2022 at her home in Coalgate, OK at the age of 85 years, 9 months and 27 days. Thelma graduated from Olney High School. She was a cable former for AT&T. Thelma married Bobbie Dean Pugh on December 15, 1954 at Durant, OK. He preceded her in death in 1988. She later married Wilburn Lee Edward at Las Vegas. He also preceded her in death in 2003. Thelma attended Cottonwood Baptist Church and was a member of the Eastern Star. She enjoyed gardening, crocheting and going to yard sales. She loved her animals and spending time with her family.

Brandon Fort, Alyssa Posey, Chris Fort, Dylan Fort and Ethan Fort

Great Great Grandchildren: Ava Cortez, Colton Cortez, Modecai Posey

Sister: Margaret Renfro and husband Buster of Kenefic, OK

Along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins and dearly loved friends
