NAME: Thomas James Horn, age 72, a longtime Lehigh resident.

BORN: He was born on December 01, 1943, to James "Bud"and Delsia  (Lampkin) Horn, at Atoka, OK.

PASSED AWAY: Thomas passed away on August 12, 2016 at Denison, TX.

AGE: 72 years, 8 months and 11 days.

EDUCATION: Tom attended Lehigh Grade school until the 8th grade then attended Coalgate High School he graduated in 1962

OCCUPATION: Tom worked as a carpenter & as a welder

MILITARY: Tom was a Proud Veteran of the Vietnam War. He was a Army Sergeant. He received many medals, Bronze Star, Purple Heart, Good Conduct Medal, National Defense medal, Vietnam Service medal, Vietnam Campaign Medal, Service Medal and Combat Infantry Medal .

MARRIED: Gail Ann Brown on July 7, 1973 in Harrisonville, MO

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Tom was a member of the Lehigh Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, target shooting, and listening to Gospel music.
