Thomas Acquinas Morris, age 73, an Atoka, OK resident, was born on Sunday, January 23, 1949, to Carl and Hazel (Mondo) Morris, at New Brunswick, NJ. Tom passed away on Thursday, June 16, 2022 at Denison, TX. He graduated High School. Tom was a Construction Project Manager for Savannah Ammunition Plant. Tom proudly served his country in The Military. He married Annette Morris on Tuesday, June 1st, 1971 at San Jose, CA. Tom was a member of Southside Baptist Church. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, going to rodeos, and riding his trike. Tom loved having debates and spending time with his family.
Tom is survived by his wife, Annette Morris of the home in Atoka, OK; sons, Jimmy Morris of Union City, OK, Joey Morris and Leslie Page of Atoka, OK; grandchildren, Kaylee Morris of Durant, OK, Jaxson Morris of Durant, OK, Tyson Morris of Atoka, OK, Jacob Agnew and wife Nicole of Silsbee, TX, Lukasey Morris of Union City, OK; great grandchildren, Judd Agnew of Silsbee, TX, Rylee Agnew of Silsbee, TX; siblings, Tony Morris and wife Barbara of Manning, SC, Rick Morris of New Orleans, LA, Doug Morris and wife Belinda of Huntington, PA, Kay Miller and husband Steve of Huntington, PA, Karen Morris of Huntington, PA, Phyliss Peachey of Huntington, PA, Celeste Grudle and husband Don of Shelby, IA, Theresa Kunneman and husband Mark of Rome, GA, Steve Morris and wife Jane of Council Bluff, IA, Kevin Morris and wife Leslie of Rapid City, SD, Karen Evans and husband Rick of Rockford, OH, Doug Morris and wife Angelina of Papillion, NE, Greg Morris and wife Betty of Freemont, NB; stepmother, Sharon Morris of Rome, GA; brothers in law, Bob Elliott and wife Patsy of Youngton, NV, Ed Elliott and wife Hopie of Dos Palos, CO, Doug Elliott and wife Liz of Atoka, OK, along with nieces, nephews, other relatives and many dear and loved friends.
Tom was preceded in death by his parents, Hazel Morris and Carl Morris; siblings, Tim Morris, Michelle Morris; mother and father in law, Art and Barbara Elliott
