OBITUARY

Tony Kirk Gibby, age 63, a longtime Coalgate resident, was born on May 09, 1963, to Vada Mae (Martin) Nelson, at Coalgate, OK. Tony passed away on July 21, 2026 at Coalgate, OK at the age of 63 years, 2 months and 12 days. He graduated from Coalgate High School with the Class of 1981. Tony was the Maintenace Supervisor at Coalgate Schools for 44 years. He was a member of the Coalgate Volunteer Fire Department and the Tri-Lake Jackpot Bass Club. Tony enjoyed fishing, hunting all animals, watching any kind of sports, reloading bullets, going to All Pawns in McAlester, and mostly spending time with his family and friends.
