Vall Lewis Ables, a Hot Springs, AR resident, formerly of the Wilson Community was born on Monday, February 16, 1942, to RW and Ruby Mae (Woods) Ables, at Atoka, OK.
Vall passed away on Thursday, January 26, 2023 at Hot Springs, AR. at the age of 80 years, 11 months and 10 days. He attended Wilson Community School and then Wapanucka Public School. Vall was a Oil Rig worker mostly in Texas but did work as a tool pusher in Brazil, Guatemal, and Bolivia. He married Glenda (Brewer) Ables on Friday, October 23rd, 1992 at Hot Springs, AR. and enjoyed 30 years together. Vall was of the Baptist Faith. He loved to talk and never met a stranger. Vall enjoyed hunting and spending time with his family.
Vall is survived by his wife, Glenda Ables of the home in Hot Springs, AR.; children, Alan Ables and wife Gwen of Malvern, AR, Vickie Young and husband James of Hot Springs, AR, Sheila Moore and husband Tim of Jonesmill, AR, Michael Ables of Camden, TN; grandchildren, Jackson, Laura, Leslie, Jared, Robbie, Jon, Chris, Nicole, Katylnn. Along with great grandchildren, numerous nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends.
Vall was preceded in death by his parents, RW and Ruby Mae (Woods) Ables; siblings, Clara Jean Brumley Roberts, Charlene Mae Brumley Hamersley, Ira Lonzo Brumley; nephew, Ira Max Brumley.
