PASSED AWAY: Verlie passed away on Thursday, June 8, 2017 at Coalgate, OK.

AGE: 102 years and 23 days.

EDUCATION: She attended school at Valley Grove and Armstrong.

OCCUPATION: Verlie was a housewife and a cook and nurses aide at the nursing home.

MARRIED: She married Otah Truman Armstrong on Wednesday, February 18th, 1931 at Stringtown, OK.

CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Verlie enjoyed quilting, sewing, embroidering, gardening, cooking and loved going to church at Melba Ave Church of Christ.
