NAME: Vernice (Clayburn) Lee, age 84, a longtime Coalgate resident.
BORN: She was born on September 18, 1932, to Thomas and Pearl Lorene (Watson) Clayburn in Atoka, OK.
PASSED AWAY: Vernice passed away on July 19, 2017 at Coalgate, OK.
AGE: 84 years, 10 months and 1 day.
EDUCATION: She attended Atoka High School.
OCCUPATION: Vernice was a a secretary for Valley Insurance for many years.
MARRIED: Vernice married Bobby George Lee on June 22, 1949 at the First Baptist Church in Sherman, TX. They enjoyed 68 beautiful years together.
CHURCH AFFILIATION, HOBBIES AND OTHER AFFILIATIONS: Vernice was a longtime member of the Coalgate First Baptist Church, she was the church treasurer for 15 years. Vernice enjoyed her work at Valley Abstract and Valley Insurance. and enjoyed helping people.

Daughter: Kim Canida & husband Charles of Centrahoma
Granddaughter: Krista Motley & husband Dylan of Edmond
Great Grandchildren: Kayler Motley & Resser Motley both of Edmond
