Obituary Wilma Louise James, age 66, a Atoka, OK resident, was born on Sunday, April 06, 1947, to William and Mary Jean (Coggins) Jacobs, at Miller, OK. Wilma passed away on Thursday, August 29, 2013 at Farris, OK. She graduated Moyers High School in 1965. Wilma was a homemaker. She married Billy Wayne James on August 20, 1966 at Antlers, OK. Wilma was a member of the Farris Assembly of God for over 30 years. She was the Sunday school teacher, song and worship leader. Wilma is survived by her husband, Billy Wayne James of Farris, OK.; children, Dewayne James and wife Jana of Enid, OK., Kelly Miller and husband Mark of Farris, OK.; grandchildren, Zack and fiance' Lindsey of Farris, OK., Jessa of Farris, OK., Tarah, Jordan, Canaan, McKeelyn, and Ava of Enid, OK.; siblings, Billy Ray Jacobs of Denison, TX., Donald G.
