Woodie Marie (Hudson) DePasse was born on October 12, 1943, to Vera (Stilwell) Hudson and Garrett Lee Hudson in Coalgate, Oklahoma. Marie attended school in Olney and Coalgate graduating from Coalgate in 1961. She and Arthur Glenn DePasse were married on July 29, 1961. They had 63 years together before her passing on January 2, 2025. Marie was of the Baptist faith and attended church at Non, Oklahoma. Marie worked at Wrangler for years and helped run Arthur's dozer service before serving as Coal County Clerk from 1992 to 2004. She enjoyed reading, gardening and researching genealogy. Marie could throw together a meal and feed a houseful, find an underground water source with two clothes hangers, process a deer on her dining room table and make really good sweet tea. Marie was loved by her family and friends. She will be missed.
