Zelma Evon Stalion, age 90, an Antlers, OK resident, formerly a longtime Tushka, OK resident. She was born on Sunday, December 2, 1934, to Samuel Ray and Alice Pearl (Rose) Fryer, at Caney, OK. Zelma passed away on Thursday, January 2, 2025 at Antlers, OK. She graduated from Caney High School on May 15, 1952. Zelma was a housewife and homemaker. She married Herman Lee Stalion on Sunday, February 12th, 1956 at Silver City, NM. They celebrated 42 years of marriage before his passing on August 10, 1998. Zelma was a Jehovah Witness and belonged to Kingdom Hall of Antlers. She enjoyed watching soaps, reading, gardening, sewing, listening to music, flowers, was a lifelong fan of the 49's, was very frugal, she could squeeze blood out of a turnip, she was brutally honest, an expert baker of the highly coveted German Chocolate Cake and loved being with her family and friends. Zelma was the center of her family. She loved and cared for all her children, grandchildren, great grandchildren, great great grandchildren, and her many nieces and nephews who she loved immensely.

Zelma was preceded in death by her parents, Samuel and Alice Pearl (Rose) Fryer; husband, Herman Lee Stalion; daughter, Patricia Lynn Stalion; sons in law, Gerald Wayne Ayers, James Trent; granddaughter, Jamie Virginia Stallion; brothers, Bobbie Ray Fryer, Frankie Lee Fryer; sisters, Mascal Joy (Fryer) Willis, Eddie May (Fryer) Murray, Treva Joan (Fryer) Arraiga, Doris Jean (Fryer) Thomsen; daytime companion, Victor Newman (old money bags, Young & the Restless since 1973).
